Manage your personal info, employment details, address, projects using My Profile. Profile card allows users to view their personal details such as Job Title, email id, Joined date, manager etc.
Employment section consists of your department, wage type, payroll type & work permit.
Dependent
HRHUB allows users to add their spouse, parents, childern as dependents. Adding dependents helps to recieve allowances and other services from the company.
Also in case of emergencies, dependents can be contacted for assist.
Identification
An identity document is any document which may be used to prove a person's identity. User's can add identity documents such as Passport, driver's license, green card, state ID card etc.
Countries like US has identity documents such Passport, Green Card, Drivers Licenses or State ID card.
Direct Deposit
Direct deposit is the deposit of electronic funds directly into a bank account rather than through a physical, paper check.
Users can add multiple bank accounts so that all financial transactions can be done through HRHUB itself.
Document Center
Employee Document Management provides storage space, a filing system, the ability to easily retrieve documents, defining who can view sensitive documents, and when to purge documents.
Employee Document Management is cloud-based, efficient, secure, and it reduces compliance risks.
PTO
Paid Time Off (PTO) is an employee benefit provided by the employer where the employee is compensated when absent from work. PTO is a “bank” of hours employees can draw from, typically at their discretion.
Employers will credit additional hours to their employees’ banks periodically.
