- Benefits waiver is a newly added feature to HR HUB 360 that helps users to waive of Benefits plan completely or partially.
Purpose :
- Employee can waive off benefits plans without much effort.
- Notifies HR whether the employee chooses to waive off or enroll benefit to the employee benefit plan.
Features :
- Notify HR through task and email.
- Employee can partially and completely waive the plan.
- Single plan waive off for both dependent and employee.
- Guided approach for Benefits waive off.
- User consent form available during plan waiver
- E-Sign feature available for Benefit waiver form
- Option to download waiver for is available.
