Steps Involved :

Add Benefits Plan
  • Ability to Create, Manage Health Plans, Provider, Benefit Types, and deep customization.
  • HR HUB 360 Admin user can create benefit providers, add benefits plans, benefit types and carriers.
  • Admin user can create necessary entities for benefits to load and show the data.

Compare Plan
  • We introduced a feature that helps the user to compare the available plans so that they could go with one which suits them the best.
  • User has ability of side-by-side plan comparison before select/enrolling any benefits plans.
  • Platform supports to compared and enroll current or future benefits plan (this year and next year plan)

Select Plan
  • Once decided on which plan to go with , user needs to select the plan.
  • On selecting a plan, other available plan gets hidden & would be available only when user tries to change the current plan.

Enroll/Waive Plan
  • All new employees can enroll benefits from HR HUB 360.
  • In case of loss of benefits, contact admin to request unlock the enrollment.
